Ostrich Tenderloin is a low fat, tender red meat with robust flavor. There are two Ostrich Tenderloins on each ostrich, weighing approximately 1.5 pounds each. Our Ostrich Tenderloins are cut in half, packaged into two 12 oz portions. Great for grilling, pan frying, or roasting, the tenderloin is best served rare to medium rare to preserve the tenderness of the cut.
