Which carrier do you use?
Our products are shipped via UPS. We strongly recommend that you send your package to a work address or arrange for someone to be at your house to receive your package, to avoid spoilage. UPS does not require a signature for your package, so it will be left on your doorstep if you are not at home. Also, we provide you with UPS tracking information so that you may follow the progress of your delivery.

When are orders shipped?
Orders are received and processed Monday through Friday, then shipped out via UPS on a Monday through Wednesday, to avoid any delays over a weekend. We always ship as soon as possible unless asked to deliver on a specific date or if available inventory requires us to change delivery dates.
